Answer: In most cases, we respond within 12 hours of receiving an RFQ. If the quote is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Question 2: How quickly can I get my parts?
Quality parts can be made in as little as one weeks if you provide us with complete 2D and 3D CAD models. More complex parts requiring or other special features will take
longer. Request a quote to get more accurate lead times based on your project.
As for shipping, most of our shipments are via air freight, which can take a few days from China to Europe or North America.
Question 3: What Is The MOQ?
Answer: MOQ: 1 piece for CNC machining,100 piece for moulding parts, but the bigger quantity you have, the competitive price you get.
Question 4:What do you need to provide a quote?
Answer: 2D/3D part drawing (step, stp, igs, IGES, x_t formats are more preferred)
Question 5: Will My Drawings Be Safe After Sending To You?
Answer: Yes, we can sign the NDA before cooperation, so for sure we will keep them well and not release to the third party without your permission.
